Austin police say the search for Defense Distributed’s Cody Wilson has turned global after the man was charged with sexual assault. APD Commander Troy Officer said a 16-year-old girl met Wilson on a website called “Sugar Daddy Meet dot com.” Officer said Wilson paid the teen $500 and was seen on security camera going into a local hotel where the sexual assault allegedly took place.
Officer says they were brought in after the Teen told councilors about the incident.
