Prosecutors have officially been sworn in for the Tampering with Evidence case against former Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody and former general counsel for the Williamson County Attorney’s Office Jason Nassour for their handling of the Javier Ambler in police custody death case.
The Travis County and Williamson County DA’s office say they are combining their efforts in the prosecution of the case
