The future of varsity competition is taking shape at Concordia University where a new e-sports arena has just been unveiled. Complete with 12 pro-level gaming stations, students will begin competing in August.
The e-sports arena is a first of its kind in Central Texas.
Concordia joins about 100 other schools in North America that have entered the world of competitive video gaming.
