President Trump says he temporarily delayed sending $400 million dollars in military assistance to Ukraine in July because he was concerned about corruption in Ukraine. Mr. Trump also said the delay was linked to his desire for all European allies to contribute their agreed upon share of defense spending. President Trump says he money was released after his July phone call with the new president of Ukraine.

Austin police say a homeless man threatened to shoot University of Texas students. APD says the man made the threat while being evaluated at the hospital on Sunday. He is also charged with attacking a police officer and he remains in jail.
