It was a dangerous and deadly night on Austin roads. An Austin police officer was injured in a crash on southbound I-35 near downtown overnight. A second crash on I-35 killed a man says Senior Officer Marie Bynum. She says a car was exiting at a high rate of speed and lost control. The car then hit a parked car and flipped landing against the wall of the building.
One man was ejected and killed, another hospitalized. Also, overnight a motorcycle rider was killed in a head-on crash in North Austin.
