Community Help is Needed to Locate Missing Dogs From Austin Animal Center

Austin Animal Center is asking for the community’s help in finding four dogs that are missing and presumed to be stolen from the Austin Animal Center (AAC). AAC is concerned for their wellbeing, and are asking the community to keep an eye out for them. If anyone has seen any of these dogs, know where they are, or have any information about them, please call 3-1-1 immediately.

Lilly, Dmitri, Rex, and Jeff were unaccounted for during nightly inventory performed by staff. Lilly and Dmitri were discovered to be missing on June 13, and Rex and Jeff were noted as missing on June 17. Staff has been investigating possible outcomes, including transfers to other rescues or foster placement, but has ultimately determined that the dogs are missing.

These dogs are not considered aggressive.  We encourage the public to observe and call if they see them, and not approach the dogs or people who may have them.
