The East coast hurricane recovery effort could exacerbate the Central Texas labor shortage.
According to DPR Construction’s Nick Moulinet the high demand in hurricane-hit areas for contractors and materials will add as many as two months to local build times.
Moulinet says with those growing wait times will come additional costs.
