Texas health officials say they are looking into their first report of lung disease linked to e-cigarettes. There have been some 100 cases in 14 states, but this is the first in our state. Pulmonologist Steven Miller says vaping is dangerous. Miller says people with developing lungs could suffer permanent damage.
