A former Austin City Councilmember reacts to the city’s purchase of the troubled biomass plant in Nacogdoches. Don Zimmerman says he was the only councilmember who took the trouble to read the contract and didn’t like what he saw.
Zimmerman had proposed just stopping payments which would generate a lawsuit and expose what he says is a scandal of a deal.
