Gasoline prices are still falling despite new sanctions on Iranian oil, and increasing Texas oil production is the reason. The American Petroleum Institutes Dean Foreman says that production is replacing whatever is short from OPEC production.
He says with the U.S. now being the leading oil producing country it is not setting the standard on world oil markets.
