Accessible Housing Austin! (AHA!) is breaking ground on the AHA! at Briarcliff Apartments in East Austin.
Located at 1915 Briarcliff Blvd, the AHA! at Briarcliff development site is approximately one mile north of the Mueller development and one mile east of Capital Plaza, near grocery stores, medical offices, transit lines and other community amenities.
When complete, the city says the development will feature 27 new low-income apartment homes, including 15 one-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units.
It’s part of the city’s ongoing effort to add taxpayer-funded low-income and income-restricted housing developments across all ten council districts.
