Skilled laborers are in high demand, and the Texas Army National Guard has a pilot program that is trying to give people the necessary tools needed to perform those jobs. Sergeant Steve Johnson says they pay for it all.
Johnson says their program even includes IT certification or expert training in computer programs like Photoshop. Johnson says the program that is being offered to anyone who chooses to make a 2 or 4 year commitment to serve in the Texas Army National Guard.
