License to carry permits continue to grow in popularity across Texas.
The latest numbers show that, for the third year in a row, the number of LTC permits has increased. Larry Arnold with the Texas Concealed Handgun Association says this is being driven largely by politics, and threats of gun confiscation by candidates.
And the biggest increase is being seen among minority communities. Across Texas, there are more than 1.4-million concealed handgun permits — second only to Florida.
