Concerns about Russian interference in Travis County elections are raised as commissioners approve a new $8 million dollar voting system. County Clerk Dana DeBouvoir says the Russians have had an effect on elections, but she is confident the new system is secure. She says so far, Russians have gone after impacting elections via social media and not through hacking voting systems directly.
