While the availability of homes that cost more than 300-thousand dollars are starting to normalize, Texas realtor’s Troy Bates says the demand for homes that cost less than that in Austin and across Texas are keeping costs high.
He says new constructions can be delivered in that upper range of cost, anything under would need to be assisted through grants.
