The city of Round Rock’s median home price grew to just under 280-thousand dollars in September. The Austin Board of Realtors’ Susan Horton says that’s a 7.6 percent increase as compared to the same time last year. But Austin outperformed its Northern neighbor with home prices averaging 406-thousand dollars, an 11 percent increase over September 2018,
Horton says the number of Austin’s home sales reached almost 800. While in Round Rock, 162 were sold.
