Austin police arrest a homeless man they say chased two restaurant employees with a pipe. Daniel Kramer is now charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and that charge comes just days after another arrest for criminal mischief at that same restaurant. An affidavit says the two servers from Le Cafe Crepe on San Jacinto managed to avoid getting hit with that heavy pipe.
