Early voting for the November election starts today. One of the issues on the ballot is Proposition Four which would ban a state income tax. Dale Craymer with the Texas Taxpayers and Research Association says it’s already a high bar to institute an income tax in Texas.
Texas is one of seven states that doesn’t have an income tax.
