The City of Kyle and Kinder Morgan reach a settlement that will allow a pipeline to run through that city. Kyle Mayor Travis Mitchell says one part of that settlement means no crude oil will flow through the line.
The settlement also means 2.7 million dollars for the city to pay for infrastructure changes
