The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force on Monday morning arrested a registered sex offender who was wanted for an alleged aggravated sexual assault in the 23000 block of Nameless Road.
Conlan Turner, 18, was wanted for an aggravated sex assault that occurred October19 and was filed in the 299th District Court of Travis County on February 6. According to the affidavit, Turner sexually assaulted a female victim after they had engaged in a Snapchat conversation for a few days and later decided to meet.
Members of the task force conducted an investigation and determined Turner was located at his home. Officers arrived at the home and Turner surrendered without incident.
Turner has a criminal history for indecency with a child by exposure and is required to register until 2039, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety Sex Offender database.
Turner was transported and booked into the Travis County Jail with a bond set at $75,000.
