Jessie Vickers is in custody for intentionally running over Frederick John Goodrow after an argument at a party overnight in Williamson County. Sheriff Robert Chody says Vickers got into his grandmothers car and ran over Goodrow once, then turned around and hit Goodrow a second time and was getting ready to hit him a third time when another person jumped on top of Goodrow to stop Vickers.
