A man in Travis County jail finds himself in much deeper trouble after threatening to kill a judge and his family. Danny Pace was initially charged with assaulting a family member. During a Family Court appearance yesterday, Pace launched into a profanity-laced tirade against the judge, while pleading not guilty to the assault. He now faces an additional obstruction charge.
