Its life in prison for Terry Miles. Miles was found guilty of kidnapping the two Round Rock daughters of his then roommate Tonya Bates, and taking them to Colorado for illicit reasons. Bates was found dead at the family home. Williamson County officials say Miles could still face murder charges for Bates’ death.
