AISD’s enrollment continues to sag year after year, but the numbers are on the steady increase in many districts that surround it. In Lake Travis, for example, there has been a 3-percent growth for the year, which is actually smaller than what’s normally expected according to Superintendent Dr. Brad Lancaster.
14 of LT’s classrooms have already exceeded the projected student-teacher ratio set forth before the school year began.
