A judge rules the man accused of sexually assaulting and killing UT freshman Haruka Weiser, will not have a trial longer than two weeks. Meechaiel Criner is being charged with her murder. Jury selection will be begin July 9th with the trial wrapping up by the 20th.
Two weeks ago Judge David Wahlberg threw out DNA evidence against Criner that could have placed him at the scene, due to a lack of confidence in its viability.
