Cedar Park Police arrested the mother of two girls that were neglected, abused and unable to speak Thursday Nov. 1st. The mother, Mia Young, 31(Pictured above), was brought to Williamson County Jail and charged with two felony counts of injury to a child causing serious mental deficiency or impairment. The girls’ father Jacob Mark O’Donnell, who identifies himself as woman named Aria Young (Pictured below) is still at-large. Back in May Police were called to the family’s apartment and reported that the two girls, a five and six year old, were unable to answer simple questions and spoke to each other in their own language. Investigators said one girl was developmentally about 14 months old. Child Protective Services said they have no record of O’Donnell and Young.
