The suspect in the fatal shooting of 18 year old Davon Gross has been arrested. 24 year old Stanley Earl Pates is in Williamson County jail charged with that killing earlier this week. Gross was shot in his car at a gas station on Pond Springs road and Hunters Chase in northwest Austin.
