Officials say only one officer fired upon 23-year-old Mark Conditt as they closed in on to make the arrest and that it was after the man self detonated his final bomb. Conditt’s death was ruled a suicide, making himself the third and final death in the Austin bombings.
Five others were injured during the bombing spree, two were killed, 39-year-old Anthony Stephen House and 17-year-old Draylon Mason.
