Austin police are investigating the death of a man who they say was hit by a Capital Metro bus late last night. According to police, the driver of the bus had just finished the route when he hit a man lying in the middle of the road at the intersection of St. John’s and Carver Avenue.
Police are not sure if the man was dead before he was hit. No charges are planned for the bus driver as of right now.
