Texas Lawmakers took a break from legislation this week to honor volunteer pilots who flew to the Texas gulf coast to drop off needed supplies as Hurricane Harvey was making its way to the Texas mainland. Joe Howley co-founder of Patient Airlift Services says this was part of their humanitarian work.
Howley says because of the massive amount of rain, Orange County was turned into an island.
