Report causes concern about rain and flooding

A few Central Texas communities are looking for solutions as the federal report called Atlas 14 shows Central Texas will see more rains and flooding.

Home Builders Association of Greater Austin’s David Glenn says by increasing the base height of homes by a foot or two could add about 2-thousand dollars to a typical home build’s price.
