Round Rock police tried to pull over a man after a road rage incident, but it turned into a SWAT standoff late last night. After hitting a couple of cars the man pulled off near southbound 35 at 79, then refused to leave his car. SWAT was called and eventually had to use teargas to get the man out and arrest him.
