Scammers target victims with puppies

You see an ad on the internet. It’s for a cute puppy and you decide to buy it. You wire the money and wait, but the dog isn’t real and your money is gone. Jason Meza with the Better Business Bureau says that’s the number one online scam right now.
 
A better idea is adopting a dog or cat. This weekend the Austin Animal Center has it’s Black Furiday promotion with all adoption fees waived.
