Classes are back in session for the Austin Community College District following the winter break.
As campuses mark the return of students, the ACC District is also marking a significant milestone: 50 years of operations around the Austin area.
According to ACC officials, there will be a series of events held throughout the year to celebrate the milestone, including ACC employees stationed around all 11 campuses handing out swag as they begin the new year.
