Travis County Commissioners give their final approval to Central Health’s new budget. It includes $26 million dollars to keep the troubled Sendero healthcare afloat. Judge Sarah Eckhardt said whether they decided to fold or keep going, she would have supported them.
Central Health will attempt to draw down more federal dollars by migrating very sick patients from their Managed Assistance Program to Sendero.
