The Travis County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday the arrest of three people in connection to a string of alleged mail theft and identity fraud crimes throughout the area. Adam Liveoak, 45, Amy Liveoak, 46, and Andrew Liveoak, 25, are all charged with first-degree felony charges of Theft if Mail ID Info and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
According to the TCSO, the trio is suspected of stealing mail containing victims’ personal ID and credit card information. Search warrants resulted in the discovery of burglary tools, illegally manufactured keys, drug paraphernalia, and large folders of personal information belonging to various individuals, officials say.
