That’s the bill that that Texas Association of Business COO Andres Alcantar calls a significant investment in education to prepare the future workforce. Alcantar said now a large percentage of students aren’t performing at a third grade level. HB 3 will emphasis on tech skills that the bill provides for will mean a solid return on investing in our kids.
Alcantar said the full-day Pre-K will be a critical component to better prepare kids for learning those skills.
The bill also strengthens tech education curriculum for colleges and universities.
