The Texas State University Round Rock Campus will offer free drive-through COVID-19 testing for the general public Feb. 1-April 30.
Testing will be available 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, as well as every second Saturday of the month. This is a free, state-supported test collection site, operating at no cost to the individual. Participants do not need symptoms to be tested and no insurance is required.
No appointments are necessary, although pre-registration at texas.spartancovidtesting.com is recommended, officials say. Results will be available 3-5 days after testing. Participants will receive an automated text and/or email with results once available.
