Longtime Austin restaurant Top Notch is expanding its burger-making beyond Burnet Road and into Hutto. The expansion will mark the first time in the restaurant’s 48-year history that it has opened another location. The new Top Notch is expected to open in 2020 as part of the 35-acre Hutto Co-Op District, which is still under construction.
