Travis County District Attorney Margaret Moore already has a challenger in 2020. Austin lawyer and Workers Defense Project co-director Jose Garza announced his platform is improved handling of sexual assault cases and treatment instead of jail for drug cases. Moore announced her re-election campaign last month.
