The Texas Department of Transportation will close the northbound SH 130 mainlanes over the weekend, and will close the southbound SH 130 mainlanes nightly next week so crews can install toll equipment, weather permitting.
According to TxDOT, the timeline is as follows:
Beginning at 9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23, crews will close the northbound SH 130 mainlanes north of Cameron Road. Drivers will be detoured off the mainlanes and through the toll gantry to re-enter SH 130 at the next entrance ramp. All lanes are expected to reopen no later than Monday, Oct. 26 at 5 a.m.
Monday, Oct. 26 through Wednesday, Oct. 28, from 9 p.m. – 5 a.m. nightly, crews will close the southbound SH 130 mainlanes north of Cameron Road. Drivers will be detoured off the mainlanes and through the toll gantry to re-enter SH 130 at the next entrance ramp.
