Pflugerville police officials say the South Bound lanes of SH 130 just North of Pecan Street will likely remain closed until about 8pm this evening.

A deadly crash along SH-130 near Pecan street has South Bound lanes shut down. Pflugerville Police Officials say it will still be closed for a few more hours as they continue to investigate. One person was killed in the crash, another sent to an area hospital, in total 6 vehichles were involved, three large trucks and three passenger vehichles.
Official Release:
Pflugerville Police are working an accident on Southbound SH 130 just north of Pecan Street. The roadway is closed for at least the next 6-8 hours as Police are working a fatality accident. The call came in at 10:15 a.m. and there were three large trucks and three passenger vehicles involved. One person was transported to the hospital and we can confirm one fatality at this time. The Police Department will remain on scene as this is an ongoing investigation.
