A new report from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality says that for the first time ever, wind is producing more power in Texas than coal. Economist Dr. Ray Perryman says this has been a long time coming. Perryman says as new clean-burning coal plants come online he sees the state maintaining a good mix of renewable and fossil fuel power generation in coming years.
