All power outages relates to this month’s ice storm have been restored, but crews still have a lot of work ahead of them to clean up all of the debris left behind from fallen trees.
Forecasts are tracking high winds through Thursday. According to Austin Energy, trees and branches may still be damaged from Winter Storm Mara, and these conditions could bring vegetation into contact with power lines. Report any outages you may experience as soon as possible.
The city also recommends that you pay attention if you’re out walking around in the event a tree branch falls near you.
When possible, do not park vehicles under trees.
