According to NFL Media, Pro Bowl linebacker Denzel Perryman has signed a one-year contract with the Houston Texans. The move comes one day after the Texans agreed to terms with Pro Bowl linebacker Cory Littleton.
The 30-year-old Perryman played the last two seasons in Las Vegas, earning his first Pro Bowl nod in 2021. Despite missing five games in 2022, he finishing third on the team in tackles (83) before ending his season on injured reserve.
Perryman has 586 tackles, six sacks and five interceptions in 96 career games (77 starts) with the then-San Diego/Los Angeles Chargers (2015-20) and Raiders. The Chargers selected him in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
