As you can see, due to O’Brien being GM as well, this call had to come from the top…

In seven seasons as Coach/ GM, O’Brien went 52-48 including four division titles.
Questionable trades and an 0-4 start this season seemed to be the last straw for Texans ownership.
Texans named Associate Head Coach Romeo Crennel the team’s interim head coach.
