Doc Rivers OUT as Clippers Head Coach
Late breaking news on this here Monday afternoon. According to ESPN and, well, Doc Rivers twitter account, he has been let go as Head Coach of the Los Angeles Clippers.
Doc Rivers spent 7 seasons with the Clippers, going 356-208 in that span which is a winning percentage of 63%. But it seems his 3-8 record in series-clinching games made have been cause for a change?
Rivers 943 career wins are 11th most all-time by a head coach.

I wouldn’t think he will be unemployed very long, either as head coach or coaching at any capacity. But for now, whoever takes over the helm of the LA Clippers will be primed for another playoff run.
