Michael Rios said last week he was at a local bakery with his one and two year olds when a man and the woman approached him and complimented the children. Rios said the conversation turned weird when the couple asked about a price.
CBS Austin reports the couple offered $500 dollars for his kids, but Rios refused. The couple allegedly said they would do whatever it takes to get the children.
Rios took a photo of the couple and filed a report with police.
