A judge dismisses criminal charges against the owner of Schlitterbahn and the designer of the 170-story slide that decapitated a 10-year-old Kansas boy 2016.
Spectrum News reports an involuntary manslaughter charge against the park’s operations manager was also dismissed. Schlitterbahn is preparing a statement.
