City of Austin Begins Pilot Program for Homeless, NASA InSight Probe Lands on Mars, President Trump Not Happy with General Motors

Hour one of the Todd and Don Show:  

• VIRAL VIDEO: The U.S. Forest Service released a video showing how an explosion at a Border Patrol agent’s gender-reveal party sparked the April 2017 Sawmill Fire in Arizona

• The Austin School District will only rename one of the five schools proposed for renaming

• President Trump says he’s not happy about GM’s closing of plants and the loss of almost 15,000 jobs


Hour two of the Todd and Don Show:

• A local resident has started a petition to place concrete dividers on highway 71 between Bee Caves and 620 due to the amount of car accidents in that area

• TECH NEWS:

– A new $10 Million E-Sports stadium has opened in Arlington, Texas

• A pregnant woman trying to sell Xbox on Facebook Marketplace was robbed and shot in the knees


Hour three of the Todd and Don Show:

• An ATM in the Houston area has been shut down and was temporarily guarded by law officers after mistakenly dispensing $100 bills instead of $10s and word of the glitch got out on social media

• After seven months of traveling through space, the NASA InSight mission has landed on Mars

• A pilot program has been started in Austin that gives an hourly wage to homeless people that clean up trash from the streets and parks


Hour four of the Todd and Don Show:

• Rider University in NJ removed Chick-fil-A from a survey of dining options “based on the company’s record widely perceived to be in opposition to the LGBTQ community.”

• NASA says they have found possibly infectious superbugs on board the ISS
